White Rhino (Ceratotherium simum)  Lewa Downs, refuge of the black and square-lipped rhinoceroses. The mouth, in the shape of a square used “to chop” grass, tells us that this is a male square-lipped rhinoceros (white). He sees very poorly. The wind is blowing in our direction. He anticipates nothing and begins to run directly towards us. He has excellent hearing, but we are given away only by the sound of the shutter. He gets pretty upset. I understand. We take off.
