Habitat: lives in the rainforests of South America, and can be found in Mexico and Central America.

The Morphos are among the best-known tropical butterflies. The blue only shows when they fly. The underside of their wings is brown with several eyespots. The larvae of Blue Morpho Butterflies are cannibals. The Blue Morpho Butterflies stick together in groups to deter their predators.
